Refund Policy

This policy describes when, how, and why GAMADS refunds purchases. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. Section numbering in the Terms cross-references this document.
GAMADS sells a performance-based guarantee: if the ads you generate with GAMADS don't lower your cost-per-lead, you get your money back. We've tried to write this policy in plain English with the actual rule on top and the edge cases below it.
1. The cheaper-leads guarantee — what we promise
If your post-purchase cost-per-lead (CPL) on at least one of your offers is equal to or higher than your baseline CPL (the 30 calendar days immediately before purchase), and you submit the required proof within the guarantee window, we refund the eligible fees in full.
The guarantee is falsifiable on purpose: the rule is mechanical, not discretionary. If the CPL data shows the ads didn't help, we refund. If the data shows they did help, we don't.
2. What we refund
Three different purchases, three different windows:

On a valid claim:
- The Campaign License fee (€47) is refunded in full.
- The Multi-Offer Toolkit fee (€37) is refunded in full, alongside or after the Campaign License refund. It is not refundable on its own; the Toolkit extends the Campaign License guarantee but doesn't have a separate refund mechanic of its own.
- The Agency Pack fee (€197) is refunded in full.
If a buyer purchased Agency Pack after Campaign License + Multi-Offer Toolkit, the Agency Pack purchase resets the guarantee window to 30 days from the Agency Pack date, regardless of how much of the original Campaign License window had elapsed. A buyer who upgrades to Agency Pack on Day 200 of the Campaign License has a fresh 30-day window starting Day 200 for the Agency Pack fee.
3. What we don't refund
Wallet generations are never refundable once executed. Each generation represents a real third-party API cost paid out on your behalf the moment it runs. This applies to:
- Generations consumed from any wallet top-up (Starter €20 / Operator €50 / Power €150).
- The 100 generations bundled with the Campaign License — these are pre-loaded into your wallet at purchase and consumed at the standard per-image rate. Once consumed, they aren't refundable.
- The 250 generations bundled with the Agency Pack — same rule.
- Promotional or admin-granted wallet credit, once consumed.
Wallet credit — including any unconsumed portion of the 100 generations bundled with the Campaign License or the 250 generations bundled with the Agency Pack — stays on your accountif you refund either purchase. You don't lose unconsumed wallet credit at refund time. See Section 8 for what is revoked on refund.
Extra Offer Slot purchases (the in-app Single €37 / 3-Pack €67 / 10-Pack €197 packs sold via Stripe from Settings or the slot paywall) are not covered by the cheaper-leads guarantee. These are direct slot purchases without bundled wallet credit or guarantee mechanics. Where you are an EU consumer, your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal still applies, subject to the exceptions in EU consumer law (notably, once a slot has been used to lock an offer URL, the withdrawal right is exhausted for that slot).
4. How to claim a refund
The process is deliberately short. We promised no exit interviews, no save-the-sale calls, and no forms — and we mean it.
- Take a screenshot of your baseline cost-per-lead from Meta Ads Manager (or your equivalent ad platform), covering the 30 calendar days immediately before your Campaign License (or Agency Pack) purchase date.
- Take a screenshot of your post-purchase cost-per-lead from the same source, covering at least 14 consecutive days within the guarantee window for ads generated by GAMADS.
- Email both screenshots to ciprian@gamads.net with the subject line "Cheaper-leads guarantee — refund request" and the email address you used to purchase. That's it.
We will not ask you to fill out a form, hop on a call, or justify your decision. If the screenshots show your CPL didn't drop, we refund. If they show it did drop, we say so and the guarantee doesn't apply.
5. The proof we need — and why
The guarantee is performance-based, so we need to be able to evaluate performance. The two screenshots above are the minimum required proof:
- Baseline screenshot must show CPL for the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the purchase date. This is the "did GAMADS make leads cheaper?" anchor.
- Post-purchase screenshot must show CPL for at least 14 consecutive days within the guarantee window, for ads generated by GAMADS. We're looking for whether GAMADS-generated ads beat your prior cost per lead.
Both screenshots must come from Meta Ads Manager or an equivalent ad platform that produces a CPL or cost-per-conversion figure. We don't require a specific filter set as long as the comparison is apples-to-apples (same conversion event or close enough that a reasonable observer would treat them as comparable).
6. When we refund vs. when we don't
We refund when the post-purchase CPL on at least one offer is equal to or higher thanthe baseline CPL. One offer's CPL data is sufficient to trigger the refund, even if you ran multiple offers — you don't need to show that GAMADS failed across all of them.
We deny the refund in these specific edge cases:
- You didn't run any ads. The guarantee tests whether GAMADS-generated ads lowered your CPL. If you didn't run them, there's no test to perform.
- You had no paid Meta traffic in the 30 days before purchase. Without a baseline CPL, there's nothing to compare against, and the guarantee can't be evaluated.
- The screenshots don't show CPL. We need cost-per-lead (or an equivalent cost-per-conversion metric) on both screenshots. Impression counts, click counts, or ad spend alone aren't sufficient.
- The post-purchase CPL screenshot doesn't cover at least 14 consecutive days within the guarantee window. Shorter windows produce noisy data and aren't enough signal to call a guarantee on.
- The post-purchase CPL on every offer you ran is lower than the baseline. The guarantee triggers when CPL didn't drop. If every offer's CPL dropped, the guarantee is satisfied — not triggered.
7. Refund timeline
Once a valid claim is submitted (the two screenshots, in one email, no other steps), we process the refund via Stripe within 5–10 business days. The funds land on the original payment method used at purchase. Bank-side processing delays are outside our control and don't extend our obligation; if your bank takes longer than 10 business days to surface the refund, the issue is with the bank, not with us.
8. After the refund — what happens to your account
When we refund a purchase, the entitlements that purchase granted are revoked:
- Refunding the Campaign License (€47) revokes the 1 offer slot it granted. Any URL locked to that slot is unlocked.
- Refunding the Multi-Offer Toolkit (€37) revokes the 3 additional offer slots it granted. The Toolkit refund is only processed alongside or after the Campaign License refund — the Toolkit is an add-on to the Campaign License and isn't refundable on its own.
- Refunding the Agency Pack (€197) revokes the 10 additional offer slots it granted. The guarantee-window reset granted by the Agency Pack purchase is also reversed.
- Wallet balance is not touched by the refund. Any unconsumed portion of the bundled generations (100 with the Campaign License, 250 with the Agency Pack) stays on your account as wallet credit and remains usable. Consumed generations cannot be reversed in any case.
- Campaigns whose URL was locked to a revoked slot remain in your account but lose their URL lock. Future generations on those URLs may hit a slot-availability check (you may need to buy a new slot to keep running them).
Refunding a purchase does not close your account. Your wallet balance — including unconsumed bundled generations and any separate top-ups — remains usable. You can continue generating watermarked output on the free tier or top up your wallet to keep generating.
9. Chargebacks and Stripe disputes
If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer or a Stripe dispute on a purchase, the cheaper-leads guarantee process is closed for that purchase and the matter is handled under Stripe's dispute terms instead. We will not separately process a guarantee claim on a purchase that is the subject of an active or concluded chargeback.
We strongly prefer the email process in Section 4 — it's faster, simpler, and doesn't risk your account being flagged by Stripe.
10. Statutory rights — EU consumers
If you are an EU consumer, you retain your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). This right is parallel to and independent of the cheaper-leads guarantee. The exceptions in that law apply — notably, once you've materially used the service (e.g. generated images, launched a campaign), the statutory withdrawal right is exhausted.
The cheaper-leads guarantee continues to apply on its own terms regardless of whether the EU 14-day window has lapsed or been exhausted. If both are available to you, you can rely on whichever you prefer.
Other jurisdictions may grant non-waivable consumer rights of their own. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
